Welcome to gamoschoolfurniture.com (the “Site”), operated by Adem Koç Plastik LTD. ŞTİ. (“Gamo School Furniture,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Ankara, Türkiye. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing on behalf of a school, institution, contractor, or business with authority to enter into this agreement, to place an order on the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; changes take effect once posted on this page.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted but before it has been confirmed by our team.
Prices are listed in USD and do not include shipping, freight, loading, customs duties, import taxes, insurance, or any other transportation-related costs, all of which are the customer’s responsibility as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Bulk and wholesale orders may qualify for adjusted pricing — contact us directly for a quote.
Many products are manufactured to order; product photos and dimensions are representative and minor variations may occur.

3. Order and Payment Process

Placing an order on gamoschoolfurniture.com does not result in an automatic online charge. Because we work on a made-to-order, factory-direct basis, every order follows this process:

You submit an order or request through the Site, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Our team contacts you to confirm product specifications, quantities, and to agree on the payment method and terms for that order.
Once terms are agreed, we begin preparing/manufacturing your order.
When your order is ready, we notify you and issue an invoice.
Payment must be received and verified before goods are released from our factory (see our Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy).
Goods are handed over on a factory-pickup (ex-works) basis to you or your designated carrier.

We do not process online card payments on this Site. We currently accept bank transfer/wire transfer and other offline payment methods agreed with our team on a per-order basis; accepted methods are confirmed with you directly before production begins. No goods are shipped or released without full, verified payment.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are delivered ex-factory (Ankara, Türkiye). Shipping, freight, loading, and all transportation costs are the customer’s sole responsibility and are not included in the product price. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations and Returns

See our Refund Policy for cancellation windows, conditions, and how refunds (where applicable) are handled, and our Warranty Policy for coverage on manufacturing defects after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, product designs, logos, and trademarks — is the property of Adem Koç Plastik LTD. ŞTİ. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to submit false or fraudulent order information, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adem Koç Plastik LTD. ŞTİ. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from delays, loss, or damage occurring during shipping once goods have been released to you or your carrier (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy regarding transfer of risk). Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country.
